Docs Account & Billing
Subscription and billing
The four plans, seat and storage limits, and the Stripe billing portal.
Plan changes, payment details, and invoices all happen in a Stripe billing portal you open from inside Turfile. There’s no in-app plan picker.
The plans
| Plan | Seats | Storage | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | 3 | 100 GB | Permission controls locked; segmentation and drone tools not included |
| Standard | 10 | 500 GB | All features |
| Pro | 30 | 1 TB | All features |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | — | Billed yearly, managed through your enterprise agreement |
If you started on a trial, billing picks up when the trial ends.
Open the billing portal
-
Open the Account panel from the toolbar and switch to the Property tab.
-
Find the Subscription card. It shows your plan; the Utilization bars below show your storage and seat usage.
-
Click Manage Subscription (it reads “Opening…”). Your Stripe billing portal opens in the browser.
-
Manage your plan and payment details there. Stripe returns you to Turfile when you’re done.
Upgrading raises your seat cap and storage immediately, which clears “Seat cap reached. Upgrade to add more teammates.” in the Team tab.
Enterprise billing
The Subscription card says “Billing is managed through your enterprise agreement.” Talk to your Turfile contact for billing changes.
If something’s not working
“Billing portal is limited to owners.” Only an Owner can open the portal. Find your Owner, or have them promote you.
“Billing profile is still syncing. Please try again in a moment.” This is common right after checkout. Wait a minute and click Manage Subscription again.
“No property linked to this account.” Finish property setup first.
“Billing portal is not configured yet.” The billing setup isn’t complete on our side. Contact support@turfile.com.
“Failed to open billing portal.” Try again; if it persists, contact support@turfile.com.
